A moment of sharing with a French sommelier - 1h30
This is your chance to discover wine tasting with a qualified French sommelier. You will be able to ask all your questions and you will learn in particular how wine is made, how to taste wine, how to open a bottle and what the main French wines are.
Learn about French wines
For the practical part, you will taste 4 French wines :
1 white wine, 2 red wines and a champagne.
Each of the wines will be accompanied by cheeses from Lyon (saint-marcellin or cervelle de canut), by delicatessen meats (rosette, sausage from Lyon and jésus) as well as by bread such as the traditional French baguette. There will be a dessert with Lyon confectionery to accompany the champagne.
An authentic French Apero
The tasting will take place in a Lyon speciality shop (we will be located in the cellar of the old vaulted shop). All the products offered (cheeses, cold cuts and desserts) come from small craftsmen in Lyon.
Above all a moment of conviviality
Everything is done to make sure you have a good time. The glassware is of quality, the wines are carefully chosen and you will have enough to eat for an apero during this tasting organized by my care.
